Location Mr. Foote works primarily from his office at 1515 Market Square. His suite #808 is centrally located at 1515 SW Fifth Avenue, at SW Fifth and Clay in Portland, Oregon 97201. The suite and building are equipped with conference rooms, a spacious atrium with a deli, and a number of restaurants within a few block radius. The building is located in Tri-Met’s fareless square on the Portland Streetcar line, as well as the new Max (light rail) lines that will run along SW Fifth and SW Sixth Avenues. There is parking in the building. For our out of town guests, the newly renovated Modera Hotel is directly across the street. If this location is not convenient for the parties and their lawyers, Mr. Foote enjoys traveling, whether across town or across the country.
