Mr. Foote’s fee for mediation is $350.00 an hour. There is a 5 hour minimum (including preparation time). There is no administrative fee or cancellation fee, but at his discretion he may charge for time actually expended on the matter before being notified of any cancellation. Mr. Foote does not generally charge for time spent on telephone calls, either before of after mediation, unless the time spent is excessive.

For travel outside the Portland area, Mr. Foote charges for his actual expenses, or coach air travel, whichever is least expensive.
